Because it came from a real hockey stick.
The Enforcer Hockey Stick Bottle Opener is intentionally made from used hockey sticks, not new materials designed to look like hockey sticks. Marks from play, cosmetic wear, and variations in appearance are expected and are part of what makes each piece authentic.
Why don't all Enforcers look the same?

Are these refurbished hockey sticks?

What is ShiftID?
ShiftID is Iron Shift Co.'s authenticity and identity system for The Enforcer Hockey Stick Bottle Opener. Each QR-enabled Enforcer receives a unique code that connects it to its own digital experience within the IronShift App.
Does every Enforcer include ShiftID?
Customers may choose whether or not to include the ShiftID QR code label during checkout. Enforcers ordered with the QR code label receive access to the IronShift App experience. Enforcers ordered without the QR code label do not currently receive access to app features.
What is the QR code label?
The QR code label is a durable, weather-resistant authenticity label applied to the base of The Enforcer Hockey Stick Bottle Opener. Each label contains a unique ShiftID that provides access to that Enforcer's individual experience within the IronShift App. Every QR-enabled Enforcer receives its own unique code and digital identity.
Can I choose not to have the QR code label?
Yes.
During checkout, customers may opt out of receiving the QR code label. However, because the QR code currently serves as the access point to the IronShift App, Enforcers purchased without the QR code label will not have access to app features at this time.
What happens when I scan the QR code?
Scanning the QR code opens your Enforcer's digital experience within the IronShift App. Depending on available features, you may be able to claim ownership, view your Enforcer profile, track crushed caps, access your hockey statistics, view your Stick Story, and participate in future Iron Shift experiences.
What is the IronShift App?
The IronShift App is the digital companion platform for The Enforcer Hockey Stick Bottle Opener. It connects physical products to digital experiences and currently includes Enforcer profiles, ownership tracking, Stick Stories, cap tracking, and hockey statistics, with additional features planned over time.
Do I need to download an app?
